What exactly do you do? I prepare my customer's image of their furry friend for use on products sold on my store. This could mean, resizing the image, clearing the background, replacing the background, sharpening the image, and adding certain elements to the design.

Can I get my money back if I am not happy with your design? Before I begin working on your project I will ask you to answer a few questions about your preferences regarding the design. I will try my best to make you happy. If you are not satisfied with the design we will discuss your concerns and I will make one set of changes. If you are still not satisfied I will cancel your order.

Can I use my design on other products in your store? Yes, once you have a design you can use that design on any product in the store.

I've approved my design, what happens now? I will put your design on the product you've purchased and release it for production. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

What if I want to use a design I have created? In this case you should mark the check box "simple"and leave a note in the questionnaire you will answer before making your purchase. I will still be checking for correct size and resolution to ensure the best quality print for your product.

Can I send a photo taken with my phone? Yes, most phones today have quality cameras built in. If you photo need a little tweaking to improve resolution or change size I can handle that but I can't make a bad photo into a good one. Please be sure your subject in front and center in your photo and that the photo is as clear as possible.
